1. What we found most surprising when it comes to rights and responsibilities is the commandment thou shall have the right to your own identity because why wouldn't you have the right anyways.
2. It depends on who the person is and the type of personality and what they will do on the internet.
3. The most important commandment we think is thou shall not bully because bullying is not a good thing, people can get hurt and its against the law.
4. We think the biggest issue around digital rights and responsibilities is people don't listen to them and respect them as much as they should.
